Set in the middle of the resort, with stunning views of the pool and saltwater lagoon, Alma is the signature fine-dining restaurant of Hawks Cay Resort. Created by world-famous chef, Johnny Alamilla, the menu is a masterpiece of Nuevo Latino and creative, tropically inspired cuisine. Tapas, small plates, and half portions are great for the kids with smaller appetites. At the same time, those with a greater hunger for savory dishes will enjoy the bounty of Alma's Principales or large plates. Fresh-from-the-ocean seafood, expertly grilled meats, tropical fruits and vegetables all highlight the unique menu along with daily specials that are posted each morning.

The Bar at Alma

What would the tropics be without a first-class journey through the world's finest rums? Hawks Cay's Bar at Alma gives guests the chance to find out. Special reserves, añejos, flavors - they're all part of the adventure. Of course, for those that prefer the taste of tequila, vodka, wine, beer, or other libations, the Bar at Alma is happy to oblige.

Slide up to the bar and look through the clear glass back wall to catch a glimpse of the pool and lagoon, or pick a quiet corner of the mahogany-trimmed lounge area, or take your drink to the covered outdoor patio adjacent to the pool area. One sip is all it takes to get into the Florida Keys spirit.

The Bar at Alma opens every day at 4 pm. Alma is open every night except Sunday and Monday. On these days, a Tapas menu is served at The Bar at Alma.
