Harbor-front boardwalks and boat-in, boat-out access create a sea-lovers' haven. Harbor Village is located in proximity to the main resort, pools and restaurants; Clam Waters Spa and Fitness Center; and the Indies Club for kids, teens and families. Some of our most spacious villas line the harbor, with breezy covered decks on both floors, easy access to boat dockage, and beautiful views of our inland harbor, dubbed Lake Lucile by the locals. Along the canal and street leading in the harbor are tranquil 2-story villas, each with a gated patio or yard featuring lush foliage that provide a private, tropical retreat.
Villas available within Harbor Village:
- 2 or 3 bedrooms, with 2 or 2.5 baths and square footage ranging from 900 square feet to over 1300.

Resort Fee
At Hawks Cay Resort we offer the convenience of a gratuity free environment for guest and housekeeping services. Our daily resort fee of $25 includes the following:
- Guest Services & Housekeeping Gratuities
- Parking (Valet and Self)
- Unlimited Access to the Indies Club
- Unlimited Access to the Calm Waters Fitness Center
- Wireless Internet Access
Gratuities for our restaurant and bar staff are not included.
Housekeeping Service: We are pleased to provide daily trash removal service for our Duck Key Villas at Hawks Cay. For stays of nine nights or more, we will provide a full service on the eighth day to include overall cleaning of your Villa and a change of all towels and bed linens. Subsequent nine night stays receive additional full service care.
