Centrally located on the resort grounds, the Sanctuary Village is in close proximity to Calm Waters Spa and Fitness Center; the Indies Club for kids, teens and families; and eight tennis courts. All villas boast heated splash pools with roomy back yards and furnished patios, providing you and your loved ones plenty of space and privacy to play, unwind and reconnect.

Resort Fee
At Hawks Cay Resort we offer the convenience of a gratuity free environment for guest and housekeeping services. Our daily resort fee of $25 includes the following:

Housekeeping Service: We are pleased to provide daily trash removal service for our Duck Key Villas at Hawks Cay. For stays of nine nights or more, we will provide a full service on the eighth day to include overall cleaning of your Villa and a change of all towels and bed linens. Subsequent nine night stays receive additional full service care.
