It also features the Sunset Pool, a tucked-away oasis within Sunset Village's lush tropical landscaping. Ideal for small families or couples getaways, these villas offer all the conforts of home in an inviting, 2-story townhouse. The furnished deck and balcony of each villa offer the ideal location on which to kick-off the day with a barefoot breakfast, lounge away the afternoon or sip a margarita in the evening.

Resort Fee
At Hawks Cay resort we offer the convenience of a gratuity free environment for guest and housekeeping services. Our daily resort fee of $25 includes the following:

Gratuities for our restaurant and bar staff are not included.
Housekeeping Service: We are pleased to provide daily trash removal service for our Duck Key Villas at Hawks Cay. For stays of nine nights or more, we will provide a full service on the eighth day to include overall cleaning of your Villa and a change of all towels and bed linens. Subsequent nine night stays receive additional full service care.
